The Partner (subclass 309/100) Visa is an offshore application, allowing the spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to move to Australia. As this is an offshore application, to apply for this visa, you must currently be outside of Australia.
Prospective Marriage Visa

The Orphan Relative (subclass 117) Visa is a permanent visa allowing a child to come to Australia to live with a relative if their parents are deceased, can't care for them or can't be found. This application must be submitted outside of Australia.
