Work & Employer Sponsored Visas

Looking to remain, or travel to, Australia to work?  Or are you looking to sponsor a skilled worker to come to, or remain in, Australia to fill a shortage for your business? Employers can sponsor skilled workers:

  • already in Australia on another type of visa which does not currently allow them to work; or
  • living overseas who wished to travel and work in Australia, or
  • already living and working on another visa in Australia.

Skilled Work Visas

Skilled work visas are available to retain or attract individuals who have specific skills set and/or make a contribution to the Australian economy, to fill skilled positions. If you are a skilled individual or wish to consider whether your occupation will help support an Australian Migration pathway for you, general skilled migration visas may be a pathway for you.

Student Visas

Our team at All Access Migration are well experienced with student visa applications, Graduate Work visa applications and assisting clients with any associated requirements and/or issues pertaining to study visa. The Department of Home Affairs requires all international students to hold a valid visa prior to commencing study in Australia. Visa Issues, Cancellations, Refusals, Sanctions

If you have encountered issues with your visa, you may have options to protect your Australian immigration position moving forward. If your application was refused, you may be able to apply for another type of visa, either inside or outside Australia. You may also have options to request that your visa is reinstated, if it has been cancelled or appeal to have a decision to refuse your visa reviewed. This can be a complex area of migration and All Access Migration can offer the support required.

Australian Citizenship & Resident Return Visa

Once you have received your Australian permanent residency, it is important to remember that there may still be immigration considerations for you in future. If you wish to travel, you may require a Resident Return Visa to ensure you are permitted to return home to Australia after a certain period. Alternatively, you may wish to consider applying for Australian Citizenship as the final step in your immigration pathway. In some instances there may be issues or concerns with an individual’s ability to satisfy the requirements for Australian Citizenship, All Access Migration are well experienced in assisting our client’s every step of the way from entry visa to ultimately attaining Australian Citizenship.

Expiring or Expired Visas & Bridging Visas

Knowing what to do when your visa is coming to an end, or has already expired, is essential. If your visa is about to expire, you should start looking at what options are available to you to facilitate your ongoing stay in Australia. If your visa has expired, you should take steps to urgently resolve your lawful status, such as through a Bridging Visa to allow you to temporarily stay in Australia. If you are concerned about the conditions on your bridging visa, or wish to change your bridging visa for any reason, we can assist as required based on your individual circumstances.
