Matilda Gee completed her Bachelor of Laws (Hons Class 1) at Bond University in December 2018, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 2020.
Throughout her legal career, Matilda has worked closely with individuals, families and businesses across a broad range of legal matters, including property, business and commercial law. Her longstanding interest in immigration law has led her to focus her practice on assisting clients with Australian visa and migration matters at every stage of the process.
Matilda advises on a wide range of migration issues, including family migration and partner visas, child and parent visas, Australian citizenship applications, skilled migration visas and employer‑sponsored visas. Matilda has assisted clients before the Administrative Review Tribunal, as well as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia, and is known for her clear, practical advice and steady approach in high‑pressure situations.
