Marilia Vianna is a Law Clerk at All Access Migration, where she supports the team by preparing legal documents and visa applications, conducting legal research, handling new client enquiries, and assisting across a broad range of matters.
Before relocating to Australia, Marilia practised as a qualified lawyer in Brazil for one year, specialising in commercial and international trade law. While undertaking her legal studies in Australia, she gained diverse experience through internships in migration, commercial, and intellectual property law, and also worked as a paralegal in personal injury law.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Brazil and has recently completed a Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University. Marilia is currently awaiting admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland, expected in June 2025.
Her personal journey as an international student navigating the path to permanent residency sparked a genuine passion for migration law. This lived experience enables her to connect with clients on a deeper level and approach each matter with empathy and understanding. Marilia also brings strong multicultural communication skills to her role. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
Outside of work, Marilia Vianna is an active member of the Latin community and enjoys participating in salsa and samba dance classes and social events.
